Another objective is to present the results of the study carried out by EXPERT-GRUP on the framework and practices of budget transparency. The assessment was carried out using as a benchmark good practices and the assurance of transparency in model countries (with a high level of budget transparency). The conclusions and recommendations of the assessment are formulated for each stage of the budget process (preparation, adoption, execution, audit).
