Round table “Presentation of the Opinion on the Draft Law on Entrepreneurship, Unique No. 345/MDED/2025”

The presentation of the Opinion takes place in the context of the launch by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalisation of public consultations on the draft law on entrepreneurship, which aims to modernise the regulatory framework for entrepreneurial activity and to help strengthen a favourable business climate in the Republic of Moldova, in view of European integration.

The purpose of the event is to discuss the main findings, observations and concrete proposals for improving the draft law, included in the Opinion prepared by Dumitru Pîntea, associate expert at Expert-Grup. We will also examine the prospects for adopting a new law that is modern, clear and functional for the development of the entrepreneurial environment in our country.

The event will bring together representatives of public authorities, decision-makers, the donor community, civil society organisations, opinion leaders and the media. It is organised within the project “Civil Society for European Integration”, funded by the European Union and co-funded by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, implemented by the Independent Think Tank Expert-Grup as lead partner, in partnership with the Institute for European Policies and Reforms (IPRE), the Institutum Virtutes Civilis (IVC) Public Association and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
