Report presentation: “How public money is lost – monitoring the implementation of the Court of Accounts’ recommendations in 2014”

The main objective of the round table is to discuss the results of the study “How public money is lost: Monitoring the implementation of the Court of Accounts’ recommendations for 2014”, prepared by Tatiana Savva. The publication analyses the responses received from the Court of Accounts regarding the implementation of the recommendations set out in its reports. The responses are assessed according to the following criteria: Discipline, Quality and Impact. The report also contains an assessment of how the Court of Accounts’ recommendations were implemented, as well as of the biggest problems identified during the year within the audited local public authorities.

Representatives of the line ministries, civil society and experts interested in the topic will take part in the discussions.
