Request for proposals - selection of a public communication company for the financial education campaign “Dă sens banilor”

 The selected company will be responsible for:

1. Developing from scratch the visual identity of the project and the communication strategy;
2. Producing 5 animated videographics (60 seconds long) similar in complexity to these examples: https://www.bnm.md/ro/content/videografice-0;
3. Producing 5 short animated videos (20 seconds), in reels format;
4. Producing 10 infographics similar in complexity to these examples: https://www.bnm.md/ro/content/infografice;
5. A social media manager dedicated to the project. Duration of the engagement: 12 months;
6. Developing and publishing, including paid promotion, at least 100 posts on social networks (Facebook and Instagram);
7. Working with influencers (5 influencers);
8. Social media management (Facebook and Instagram).

To participate in the competition, interested companies will send the following to procurari@expert-grup.org:

The technical offer, which will contain:

• A copy of the EXTRACT from the register of legal entities;
• CVs with the contact details of the key persons who will be involved in carrying out the contract;
• A list of relevant clients the company has worked with in the last 3 years, with the contact details of reference persons within these organisations. The implementation period of the projects will also be indicated;
• Samples of products/links to similar projects carried out by the company in the last 3 years;
• Previous campaigns developed that are relevant to this task;
• The action plan and the proposed promotion methods.
• Other relevant documents or recommendations.

The financial offer in MDL at a zero VAT rate.
