Call for tenders: selection of a legal entity or consortium of legal entities to develop the Information System “Register of Public Property and State Property Management” (SIRPPAPS)

In view of the above, Expert-Grup invites interested companies with experience in developing IT solutions in the field of designing and implementing information systems to submit tenders for the following activities:

1.  Analysis and design of the SI RPPAPS;
2. Configuration of the SI RPPAPS;
3. Implementation and testing of the SI RPPAPS;
4. Migration of data to the SI RPPAPS;
5. Launch of the SI RPPAPS into production;
6. Documentation of the SI RPPAPS (including drafting the GD on amending GD No. 851/2023);
7. User training;
8. Warranty and adaptive, corrective and static maintenance.

The activity is part of the project “Increasing the efficiency of the state-owned enterprise sector – phase four”, funded by the Soros Foundation Moldova and implemented by the Independent Think Tank Expert-Grup. The project is implemented from December 2022 to December 2024.

The deadline for submitting tenders has been extended to 14.02.2024, 19:00.
