Request for proposals – office rental services for the European Consumer Centre

Technical criteria and description:

1. Area
The space offered for rent must have an area of between 20 and 30 m², providing an adequate workspace for at least two desks, as well as access to a meeting room available when needed.

2. Location
Chișinău municipality, Centru sector, within the perimeter of the streets Alexandru cel Bun – Alexei Mateevici and Bulgară – Toma Ciorbă.

3. Layout and fit-out
The office proposed for rent must be located on the ground floor, divided into 1-2 rooms intended as offices, with access to a meeting room available when needed, a bathroom and a small kitchen. The meeting room must be able to accommodate at least 10 people. The proposed space must be ready for use, requiring no cosmetic or major repairs, and must include the following furniture: at least 3 tables and 3 chairs.

4. Lighting, air conditioning and heating
The office must have a heating system installed (its own, or one that allows the temperature to be controlled independently of the rest of the building) as well as an air conditioning system. The space must be well lit, both naturally and artificially.

5. Communications
The office proposed for rent must allow internet and telephone connections.

6. Access to the building
The entrance door must allow the installation of an access control system.

7. Parking
Parking spaces available nearby.

8. Availability and duration of the lease
The space must be available from 1 October 2024 for a minimum period of 12 months, with the possibility of extending the lease term after that date.

• The form completed in accordance with Annex 1;
• The office plan and real photos.
  Submitted offers will be valid for a period of at least 10 calendar days from the date of submission.

Offer evaluation criteria
The offers received will be evaluated technically against the technical criteria set out in the table in the annex, as well as the lowest price offered per m2 of rent.
