Recruitment competition – project manager for the project “Local Civil Society Development in the Republic of Moldova”

Nature of the contract: part-time employment contract (2 days per month), fixed term (20 February 2020 – 31 December 2021).

To fill this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or other relevant fields;
• Advanced command of Romanian, English and Russian;
• Advanced knowledge of the general public policy framework of the country and the region;
• Positive experience of at least 3 years in project management, and in analysing and drafting narrative and financial reports;
• Experience in managing EU Delegation projects will be an advantage;
• Experience of working in an international organisation, the non-governmental sector or the public service will be an advantage.
