Call for proposals: selection of a sociological company responsible for conducting sociological surveys and focus groups

Contract implementation period: 20 January - 15 March 2021.

The company will carry out the following core tasks:

• Conducting 2 representative surveys using the CATI method: a survey of entrepreneurs/firms (approximately 600 respondents) and a survey of employees/the population (approximately 1,200 respondents);

• Organising 4 online focus groups with representatives of firms and employees. 

Qualifications and experience of the sociological company and the team: 

• At least 5 years of experience in organising sociological research at national and/or regional level;
• Previous experience in conducting similar research in the social and economic fields;
• Previous experience in statistical analysis of collected data and in drafting reports;
• Highly qualified experts with extensive experience in organising sociological research (CVs must be included as part of the proposal).

Application package: must be submitted in Romanian and will contain the technical proposal and the financial proposal, which are to be sent to the email address:  procurari@expert-grup.org

The technical proposal will contain the following:

• The sampling methodology developed on the basis of the methodological requirements set out in the attached terms of reference;
• A description of the data processing methods;
• The schedule of activities with specific dates and expected results;
• The list of sociological studies conducted by the organisation over the last 5 years at national or regional level, with a short description of their objectives;
• The CVs of the qualified experts who will be involved in preparing, collecting and monitoring the research process and in analysing the collected data;
• 3 references, including addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses.

The financial proposal must be submitted in MDL and include all taxes and duties. The financial proposal must be coherent and contain a clear description of the expenditure items.
