Call for applications: Selection of an expert to assist the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection on the EU agenda and relations

The following activities are proposed for the expert:

• Support for WG No. 2 “Free movement of workers” and WG No. 19 “Social policy and employment” in monitoring and reporting on the commitments assumed in the negotiating positions, and in drawing up action plans, where necessary.

• Support in coordinating the activity of the Secretariat of Working Group No. 19 and Working Group No. 2.

• Monitoring the activity of the MLSP representative in other working groups which the MLSP does not chair.

• Cooperation with the relevant MLSP directorates in the area of Working Group No. 19 and Working Group No. 2, including by reporting on the actions in the National EU Accession Plan 2025-2029.

• Participation in drawing up national reports, including the contributions of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union Enlargement Package in the MLSP's areas of competence, and completing questionnaires and other documents related to reporting to the EU.

• Providing technical expertise for the effective management of the European integration process.

• Monitoring and reporting on the implementation of the actions included in the reform agenda of the Growth Plan.

• Other activities in the field of European integration at the request of the MLSP.

The activity is part of the project “Support for labour market reform”. The project is funded by the Soros Foundation Moldova and is implemented from November 2024 to October 2026.

Submission of the application

To participate in the call, interested persons will submit, as part of the application file, the following documents:

• Technical offer;

• Financial offer.

The file must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and in strict compliance with the procedure set out in the Instructions to Bidders.

The application file must be sent by e-mail to the following address: procurari@expert-grup.org . Incomplete files will not be examined. Please make sure that the technical and financial offers are sent in separate e-mails, and that the financial offer is password-protected. The password will be disclosed only upon written request (e-mail) at the stage of opening the financial offers. After sending the offers, please make sure that the offer has been received, in the form of a confirmation e-mail. Expert-Grup is responsible only for confirmed offers.
