Call for Applications: Expert to Oversee the Implementation of the E-Consumer Module Developed under the Project “Strengthening the Consumer Protection Framework”

The Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” announces a call for the selection of an expert (natural person) to oversee the implementation of the e-consumer module developed under the project “Strengthening the Consumer Protection Framework in Moldova ”. The purpose of this procurement is to contract an expert who will provide assistance in correctly translating the terms of reference (ToR) into digital workflows for the proper implementation of the e-consumer module.

The detailed tasks of the expert are  described in the attached Terms of Reference.

The activity is part of the project “Strengthening the Consumer Protection Framework in Moldova ”. The project is funded by the European Union and the Soros Foundation Moldova and will be implemented from January 2024 to December 2026.

Submission of the application

To participate in the call, interested persons will submit, as part of the application package, the following documents:

  • Technical offer;
  • Financial offer.

It will be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and in strict compliance with the procedure set out in the Instructions to Bidders.

The application package will be sent by e-mail to the following address: procurari@expert-grup.org . Incomplete applications will not be examined.

Please ensure that the technical and financial offers are sent in separate e-mails; the financial offer must also be password-protected.

The password will be disclosed only upon written request (e-mail), at the stage of opening the financial offers. After sending the offers, please make sure that the offer has been received, in the form of a confirmation e-mail. Expert-Grup is responsible only for confirmed offers.
