Repeated Deadline Extension: Request for Proposals: Selection of a Legal Entity or Consortium of Legal Entities to Develop the Information System “Register of Public Property and State Property Management” (SIRPPAPS)

In view of the above, Expert-Grup invites interested companies with experience in developing IT solutions in the field of the development and implementation of information systems to submit bids for the following activities:

•  Analysis and design of the SI RPPAPS;
• Configuration of the SI RPPAPS ;
• Implementation and Testing of the SI RPPAPS;
• Migration of data to the SI RPPAPS;
• Launch into Production of the SI RPPAPS;
• Documentation of the SI RPPAPS (including drafting the GD on amending GD No. 851/2023) ;
• User training;
• Warranty and adaptive, corrective and static maintenance.

The activity is part of the project “Increasing the Efficiency of the State-Owned Enterprise Sector – Phase Four”, funded by the Soros Foundation Moldova and implemented by the Independent Think Tank Expert-Grup. The project is implemented from December 2022 to December 2024.

The deadline for submitting bids has been repeatedly extended to 29.02.2024, 19:00.
