Invitation: Presentation of the White Book of Good Governance in the Sector of State-Owned and State-Controlled Enterprises

We firmly believe that robust corporate governance can ensure the transparency, efficiency and competitiveness of a state-owned or state-controlled enterprise. In this public discussion, we aim to address issues related to the principles of governance codes, the professionalisation of boards, internal control procedures and transparency principles in state-owned enterprises, topics covered in the “White Book of Good Governance in the Sector of State-Owned and State-Controlled Enterprises”, which will be presented in the first part of the event by members of the project team of the Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup”. 

In the second part of the event, representatives of the direct beneficiaries of the project “Strengthening Corporate Governance in the Sector of State-Owned Enterprises” are invited to share their views and experiences of improving corporate governance in state-owned enterprises - five state-owned and majority state-owned companies, selected through an open competition: SA “Franzeluța”, SA “Moldovagaz”, SA “Moldtelecom”, SA “RED-Nord” and SA “Sanfarm-Prim”.
