Call for proposals to identify two consultants (individuals) to provide analytical services

The consultants will be responsible for:

• Drafting the social and labour market chapters (expert 11) and the human rights and gender dimension chapters (expert 12) of the 2 editions of the “Alternative Progress Report on the Implementation of the Association Agreement and the Pre-Accession Negotiations”;
• Participating in the advocacy and visibility events organised for the discussion/presentation of the results of the reports.

Submission of application files

 To participate in the competition, the Consultant will submit the following by email to procurari@expert-grup.org:  

1. The technical offer, consisting of the Application Form, the methodology, the CV and the declaration;
2. The financial offer, indicating the total daily rates requested.
