Request for proposals for contracting a legal entity to update and improve the website of the Public Property Agency

Independent Think Tank “Expert-Grup” announces a competition for the selection of a legal entity to update and improve the website of the Public Property Agency  – www.app.gov.md. The implementation team will cooperate with the Information Technology and Cyber Security Service to develop a new web page for the PPA in order to increase efficiency, ease of use and appeal for citizens. 

The detailed activities that the company will have to carry out include:

1. creating a web page - with a new visual layout and an administration panel (Content Management System);
2. providing technical maintenance services for a period of 12 months – eliminating errors not detected during the testing period.

The activity is part of the project “Technical assistance for the Public Property Agency and the Ministry of Economy for the adoption of the best international practices and standards in the field of corporate governance of state-owned enterprises”. The project is funded by the Soros Foundation Moldova and will be implemented from March 2022 to September 2023.

SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION

• Financial offer.
